OcioHogar –<\/strong> \u00bfC\u00f3mo se origin\u00f3 la idea de fundar Clara Home?<\/div>\n

Clara Home –<\/strong> La necesidad de crear la marca Clara Home se produjo cuando como empresa decidimos modificar nuestra imagen hacia el p\u00fablico. Nacimos con la marca\u00a0LBF Mobiliario que estaba m\u00e1s asociada a una empresa de fabricaci\u00f3n de modelos cl\u00e1sicos. Con Clara Home nos hemos adentrado al mobiliario de dise\u00f1o, creando piezas originales, con nuevos acabados y nuevos componentes. La nueva marca ha supuesto un rejuvenecimiento, m\u00e1yor orientaci\u00f3n al estilo y una mejor segmentaci\u00f3n de nuestros clientes.<\/div>\n

CH –<\/strong>\u00a0Realmente no hay secretos. Siempre intentamos aprender de nuestros errores e intentamos mejorar nuestra empresa. Buscamos la perfecci\u00f3n, probar los componentes que usamos, los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n y las alianzas que establecemos con otras empresas, siempre buscamos lo que nos dar\u00e1 el mejor resultado.<\/div>\n

OH –\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les cree que ser\u00e1n las tendencias esta temporada?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>Todos los a\u00f1os encontramos algo que al mercado le encanta y creo que la tendencia este a\u00f1o va a ser el uso de patas con estilo vintage, especialmente en las mesas auxiliares y los muebles de TV. Ya tenemos algunos dise\u00f1os listos.<\/div>\n

OH –<\/strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la pieza m\u00e1s especial de su cat\u00e1logo?<\/div>\n

CH –\u00a0<\/strong>Podr\u00edamos decir\u00a0que la mesa auxiliar Celsiaa es una de las mejores piezas que hemos hecho y ha tenido un gran \u00e9xito desde que la presentamos a principios de 2015 en el IMM en Colonia.\"Celsiaa\"<\/a><\/div>\n

CH –\u00a0<\/strong>Actualmente estamos invirtiendo una gran cantidad de tiempo en el desarrollo de nuevo mobiliario para el sal\u00f3n y el comedor, dado que creemos que es donde nuestros clientes invierten m\u00e1s en calidad y en dise\u00f1o. Creemos que podemos crear un nuevo mueble auxiliar que va a resultar impactante para nuestros clientes y va a dar mucho que hablar.<\/div>\n

OH –\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bfComo veis el futuro en el mundo del mobiliario de dise\u00f1o?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>Creemos que cada vez se a va a producir una mayor interacci\u00f3n entre los dise\u00f1os cl\u00e1sicos y la imaginaci\u00f3n de nuevos dise\u00f1os. Una reinterpretaci\u00f3n del mobiliario cl\u00e1sico, con la integraci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda en el mobiliario, lo cual dar\u00e1 al p\u00fablico una sensacion de confort por las reminiscencias del pasado.<\/div>\n

OH –\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 pa\u00edses est\u00e1is presentes actualmente?<\/div>\n

CH –<\/strong>Hemos exportado recientemente a los siguientes paises:<\/div>\n
Argelia, Marruecos, Angola, Francia, Suiza, Espa\u00f1a, Israel, M\u00e9xico, Chile, Alemania, Portugal, Inglaterra, Nigeria, India, Rusia, Qatar, Camboya y Libia. Actualmente estamos especialmente activos en Portugal, Francia, Espa\u00f1a, Israel, Angola, Inglaterra y Alemania.<\/div>\n

OH –\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los retos con los que os enfrent\u00e1is para los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>Mantenemos al d\u00eda en las nuevas tendencias e intentar continuar creciendo en pa\u00edses con econom\u00edas potentes. Otro reto es mantener la calidad y la innovaci\u00f3n presente, sin canibalizar a nuestros clientes actuales. B\u00e1sicamente el reto que todas las empresas enfrentan: mantenerse frescas, tecnol\u00f3gicamente actualizadas e incrementar la lista de clientes.<\/div>\n

OH –\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bfCuantos empleados ten\u00e9is actualmente?<\/div>\n

CH –\u00a0<\/strong>Somos m\u00e1s de 50 empleados.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
OH –\u00a0<\/strong>Nos encantar\u00eda incluir como parte de la entrevista una descripci\u00f3n de vuestro proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n. \u00bfPodr\u00eda darnos una descripci\u00f3n del proceso? \u00bfDonde se realiza? \u00bfQuien se encarga de cada fase?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>El proceso es m\u00e1s o menos como se describe a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
1.<\/strong> Recibimos un pedido por parte de alguno de nuestros clientes.<\/div>\n
2.<\/strong> Preparamos una factura proforma y la enviamos a nuestro cliente para su confirmaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n
3.<\/strong> Una vez que la factura proforma ha sido aceptada, la enviamos a nuestra Oficina T\u00e9cnica, donde traducen el pedido a una solicitud de producci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n
4.<\/strong> La producci\u00f3n comienza, el primer paso es cortar la madera en los tama\u00f1os y formas adecuadas.<\/div>\n
5.<\/strong> Si la madera necesita ser doblada o se le necesita dar una forma especial, esto se hace despu\u00e9s de la fase de cortado.<\/div>\n
6.<\/strong> Una vez cortada, las maderas se ensamblan como una pieza de mobiliario para comprobar si hay alg\u00fan error. Esto garantiza el producto final y se comprueban las medidas y la calidad.<\/div>\n
7.<\/strong> El mueble se desmonta de nuevo y se env\u00eda para su pintado.<\/div>\n
8.<\/strong> Una vez est\u00e1 seco, se le aplica una capa de arena antes del proceso de lacado.<\/div>\n
9.<\/strong> Cuando todas las piezas est\u00e1n secas y listas. Se monta de nuevo y las piezas hardware (torniller\u00eda) se montan en el mueble. Asimismo, tambi\u00e9n los cristales, luces y cuaquier otro elemento extra se a\u00f1ade en esta fase.<\/div>\n
10.<\/strong> Despu\u00e9s, el mueble se empaqueta con protecciones, film, cart\u00f3n, etc..<\/div>\n

OcioHogar –\u00a0<\/strong>How did the idea of creating Clara Home originated?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Clara Home\u00a0–\u00a0<\/strong>The necessity to create the Clara Home brand became ever more present when\u00a0we needed to change our approach to the public, because the brand LBF furniture\u00a0was more associated to a production company and classic models.\u00a0With Clara Home, we leaped to the design field, creating original pieces, with\u00a0new finishing\u2019s and new components. With this new brand, we became younger, more style oriented and we segmented our clients with a clearer.<\/div>\n

OH –\u00a0<\/strong>What is the secret of your success?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>We really don\u2019t have a secret. We always try to learn from our mistakes and we\u00a0try to improve our company. We aim to perfection, testing the components we\u00a0use, the way why produce and the partners we have, always going what can\u00a0give us the best result.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
OH –\u00a0<\/strong>What do you believe will be the trends for this season?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>Every year we find something that the market really like and I believe that the\u00a0trend this year will be the use of vintage legs, especially in sideboards and TV\u00a0stands. We have some designs.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
OH –\u00a0<\/strong>What is the most special piece of your catalog?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>Personally, I think that the Celsiaa sideboard is one the best pieces we have\u00a0made and has become a great success, since it was introduced in the\u00a0beginning of 2015, at IMM Cologne.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
OH –<\/strong>\u00a0What are you currently working on? Could you tell us about new products you\u00a0are developing?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>We are currently investing our time in developing new furniture for the living and\u00a0dining room, since we believe is where our clients invest more in terms of\u00a0quality design. We believe we can introduce some new sideboard that will really\u00a0make an impact in our clients and make us the talk of the town.<\/div>\n

OH –<\/strong>\u00a0How do you see the future in the world of furniture design?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>I see furniture design as an increasingly stronger mix between the past trends\u00a0and the imagination of the future. A reimagining of our furniture of the past, with\u00a0the integration of technology in furniture, will give the public a sense of comfort\u00a0from the past, if we feel of our childhood furniture with 30\/40\/50 years, with\u00a0felling it like it is old and displaced and outdated in today\u2019s world.<\/div>\n

OH –\u00a0<\/strong>In which countries are you currently present?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>We have exported recently to the following countries:Algeria, Morocco, Angola, France, Switzerland, Spain, Israel, Mexico, Chile, Germany,\u00a0Portugal, England, Nigeria, India, Russia, Qatar, Cambodia and Libya.\u00a0Currently we are more active in Portugal, France, Spain, Israel, Angola,\u00a0England and Germany.<\/div>\n

OH –<\/strong>\u00a0Which are the challenges for the coming years?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>Keeping up with new trends and trying to sustain our growth in countries with strong economies.mAnother challenge is keeping the quality and the innovation present, without annihilating our current costumers. Basically the challenge that every company faces: keeping it fresh, currently technology and increase our customer list.<\/div>\n

OH –<\/strong>\u00a0How many employees do you have currently?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>We currently have over 50 employees.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
OH –<\/strong>\u00a0We would like to include as part of the interview a description of the manufacturing process. Could you give a description of the manufacturing process?, where is it done?, who is in charge of each phase? Could you please send us photographs of the process?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
CH –\u00a0<\/strong>The process is more or less like the following:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

  1. An invoice is sent to our company by our Comercial representatives or\u00a0our clients.<\/li>\n
  2. The invoice in processed and it is sent to the client for confirmation.<\/li>\n
  3. After the invoice is accepted, it is sent to our Technical Cabinet, where\u00a0they process it to a production sheet.<\/li>\n
  4. Then it\u2019s sent to production, where they start by cutting the wood in the\u00a0necessary sizes and shapes.<\/li>\n
  5. If the wood needs to be bent or shaped, it will be done after the cutting\u00a0phase.<\/li>\n
  6. After it has been cut, the wood is assembled as a full piece of furniture to\u00a0check for any errors. This ensures that the final product has the correct\u00a0measures and quality.<\/li>\n
  7. The furniture is again split to pieces and it is sent to have the primary\u00a0applied.<\/li>\n
  8. After it dries, the piece is sanded before it receives the coats of lacquer.<\/li>\n
  9. When all the pieces are dry and ready, it is assembled once again and\u00a0the hardware is attached. Glass, lights and other extras are also added in\u00a0these phase.<\/li>\n
  10. After that, the furniture is packed with film, foam and cardboard. The\u00a0identification label is glued to the package and that furniture is ready to\u00a0be sent to the client.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
